We know that purchasing a kayak, ski or stand up paddle board is only the start of the journey and getting the right equipment and accessories will make choosing your own adventure more fun! So, Paddlecraft has created (3) pricing packages to help you get on the water with confidence knowing that you have gotten the right products at the best price that suits you best.

 

RETURN POLICY 

PADDLECRAFT is committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you’ll enjoy using. However we also know that, for one reason or another, products may need to be returned or exchanged. We recommend that you keep your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries. 

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURES 

Products can be returned or exchanged, if it is in a fully resalable condition, with original tags & packaging intact. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.If returning or exchanging the goods by post, the items need to be returned within 28 days of the order placement and have not been worn, washed or damaged in any way. We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit and all returns of non-faulty products are returned at the customers cost.

If an item has a fault in the quality of workmanship or fabrication, PADDLECRAFT will coordinate with the customer the return policy in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
